"Suspending a provision of Joint Rule 3, relating to the limitation on the period permitted for
extending the Committee of Conference as to Com. Sub. for H. B. 4022, Creating 'The
All-Terrain Vehicle Safety Regulation Act'."
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the Members of each house agreeing
thereto:
That the three-day time limitation imposed by Joint Rule 3 be hereby suspended and that the
same be hereby extended for a period of six additional days, expiring on Thursday, February 26,
2004, for the express purpose of consideration of matters in disagreement between the two houses
as to Com. Sub. for H. B. 4022.
